Soil Health & Regenerative Agriculture (Conference)
Regenerative Agriculture and soil health was the big topic at last weeks Victorian No-Till Farmers Association two day annual conference. It was very refreshing to witness over 200 enthusiastic farmers attentive to excellent presentations on soil health and diverse pasture and cropping systems.

Soil Health: Healthy Living Soils
It has been noticeable for some time that a momentum amongst farmers towards a focus on healthy living and more productive soils supporting healthy resilient plants and animals with less inputs and increased profitability.
Here at Soil Management Systems it has been our passion to encourage farmers to understand their soils and gain real satisfaction from creating healthy living soils providing great dividends in return.

Applying these principles in practice was outlined by four farmers from different areas was a highlight as they showed their journey and stages towards their goal. These were family farms into the fifth and sixth generation looking to present their farms more productive and resilient to the following generation; an aspiration that is a very strong motive.
Well done to the leaders and organisers for a very informative conference.
